On May 12 my best friend will graduate from Divinity School. She will be moving later that week to Forest City, North Carolina. That is approximately 4 hours away from me. I'm devistated. She is not only my best friend, she is my sister. Over the past 2 1/2 years she has become my family. I'm going to miss having her so close. It's gonna be tough.

During the months of June and July I will be taking two classes at the Divinity School. After this summer I have 19 hours left to finish my Master of Divinity. While that is exciting, something else is going to happen in July that I'd rather not think about. My boyfriend will be moving back to Alabama, 9 hours away.
So..reality has set in. Life is going to change right
before my eyes. And only God knows how I'm gonna get through it.

i'll hold you in my thoughts as you struggle through the changes...
God has great plans for you and even though 2 very important people in your life will be further away than you would like, chances to visit will come and maybe the old saying, "absence makes the heart grow fonder" will be put in to play. I will pray for your peace of mind and that God will keep you busy.
I finished undergrad in December 2004 while most of my friends graduated the previous May. When I started that last semester it as a little depressing at first, but soon I found myself forming friendships I never would have formed if the rest of my friends hadn't graduated. That's not to say I still wouldn't have loved to have them there, but sometimes God introduces us to new people who become great friends when we least expect us.
that would be....when we least expect it. lol
